The Puretron series features in-line process particle counters, which detect the size and number of particles contained in the sample gas, using light-scattering technology.
This series is provided by Tronic Purity.
Please consult with Tronic Purity for further applications and custom options.
One Sample Stream
The hp-8000 series includes a fixed pressure regulator and a flow controller, as well as a purging mechanism for safety purposes when flammable gases are used.
With Four-Streams Selection
The hp-8000s even allows users to analyze 4 different gas species, with an extra zero-count inlet for achieving precision. Particles are categorized in a few size ranges (≥ 0.1μm, ≥ 0.15μm, ≥ 0.2μm, ≥ 0.3μm, ≥ 0.5μm), and the rated sample flow is 100 sccm.
H2O / Moisture Analyzer, hp-1000
The hp-1000 moisture analyzer is a portable online process moisture analyzer, with an alumina sensor for continuous measurement of moisture in dry process gas.
Equipped with a 7-inch touchable color HMI, with a simple operation interface and easy installation. Small size, light weight, and equipped with a carrying handle, it is the perfect solution for quality testing of gas engineering pipelines.
This hp-1000 moisture analyzer is part of the PURETRON Series Analyzer family. Consult us for more analytical solutions.

DownloadPure Gas Equipment Supply is excited to partner with Ball Wave, the manufacturer of the “Sylph,” ambient air analyzer (chromatograph). This portable, compact instrument enables continuous onsite environmental assessment of cleanroom air.
Powered by Ball Wave’s proprietary Ball Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Sensor® – the world’s first and only spheric SAW sensor – Sylph is as sensitive in detecting chemicals as state-of-the-art desktop gas chromatographs while requiring only 1/20th of the power needed to operate those conventional, lab-based instruments.
The basic function of the Sylph is to suck in the sample gas directly with a pump, and then to condense the gas with a built-in compact condenser. The carrier gas is provided by a hydrogen canister filled with a hydrogen-absorbing alloy, and the mixed gas is injected into the column by a high-speed heater in the condenser. The various gas components separated by the column are detected by the ball SAW sensor, based on the different retention times.
To identify compounds in the sample, Sylph automatically saves peak height and retention time which can be processed manually or by using commercially available GC and GC-MS analysis software.
